Levi is definitely on the move these days. He's finally getting his act together and realizing just how much fun walking can be! He'll gladly toddle from person to person, or better yet from person to favorite toy.
It's perfect timing, I think. Now he will be able to enjoy the great outdoors on his feet instead of his hands and knees. Hopefully his shoes and/or socks and pants won't get quite as dirty now! The kid is like a magnet to chalk drawings on the driveway and always crawls straight through them.
Now he'll just have to come up with new ways to get dirty.
I'm sure his sister will be happy to give him a few pointers in that area. She loves getting dirty!
But this post isn't just about Levi. It's actually about all of us. Well, our family. And my parents.
As many of you know, my dad was offered a job relocation this winter when it was announced the building he works in will be closing. After a lot of discussion, a visit to the new location in southern California, talks with family and friends, and lots of time spent in prayer, they have decided to accept the relocation offer!
But that's not all.
After a lot of discussion, talks with family and friends, and lots of time spent in prayer, we've decided to accept their offer to move with them!
We are all excited about this new chapter in our lives! There are many variables yet to be worked out, but we trust that God is faithful and will be there to help us through every detail.
Yes, this is certainly a big leap of faith, but it is a leap that Aaron and I are looking forward to taking together.
So I guess that this means we're all on the move! California, here we come!
