Welcome! For those of you who have wandered over into my neck of the woods, I thought I'd take a moment to introduce myself.
My name is Jenna, and I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Aaron, for three years. In March of 2008 our daughter Camille entered this world. It was then that I started this blog as a way to keep friends and family informed on what Camille was up to. Since then, it's transformed and blossomed not only into a sort of baby book, but also into a creative outlet for me to tell about what life is like as a wife and mother. Viewing life through mommy goggles has changed me as a person in ways I had no idea was possible. Especially in the past week or so, I've been informed that I am no longer the introverted shy girl I once was. Apparently attending a picnic and brunch hosted by someone I've never met, and attended by many more people I have never met, means my introverted tendencies are waning. But now that I think about it, I realize that I have become more outgoing since Camille was born. Never in a million years did I think I would be the kind of person to meet someone at the fabric store, and then later join her (and her playgroup) at a local park. Introverted people just don't do that!
Well, enough about me! Aaron is a great husband; he is kind, generous, thinks he's funny, scoops ice cream for me every night, and is an amazing daddy to our kids. He's owned more cars in his 25 years than I can even remember, and always feels a little bit sad when he has to sell one and watch it drive away.
The newest addtion to our family is Levi. He was born in May on my mom's birthday and is just a great big bundle of sweetness! I'm looking forward to chronicling his developments and activities, just as I have Camilles, so that one day he can look back and see all the fun times our family has had.
Thank you for visiting my blog! Feel free to check in on us from time to time. We're always up to something!
