Haiku Tuesday!

For those of you who need a little Haiku 101 (ahem, Kristy)...Haiku is a three line stanza of poetry consisting of five syllables in the first line, seven in the second, and five in the third.

I've decided to start my very own blog carnival! A few of you may remember way back when when I regularly (okay, occasionally) wrote a haiku to go with a recent photograph. I've decided to resurrect this theme and make it a weekly occurance. I also encourage you to join in on the haiku fun and write your own haiku (photo optional) about what's going on in your life. After you post your own haiku on your own blog, just click the MckLinky at the bottom of this post and enter your blog's address. Others will then be able to link from my blog to read your haiku! Fancy, huh?

Oh how the time flies!

I find that I get very nostalgic whenever Camille goes in for a well-baby check-up because it means she's getting older and I'm already starting to forget how little she used to be. I just wanted to share with you a few pictures from when Camille was brand new. The first two were taken at the hospital and the third was a day or two after we got home. We were giving her a bath and washing the ink off her feet!
