I just sat down to get my Haiku Tuesday post ready when I realized that I haven't posted since last Tuesday (OK, Wednesday). How embarrassing. Then I got to thinking, I didn't even take any pictures over the past week. Also inexcusable. But, in all honesty, I've just been busy enjoying life. I'm sad to realize that August is quickly coming to a close and before we know it the long winter will be upon us. What am I going to do when we can't enjoy time outside every day?

So alas, I've decided to skip tomorrow's Haiku Tuesday and instead go to bed early and wake up focusing on how to enjoy the little bit of summer we have left.

Oh, and maybe, just maybe, I'll take some photos too!
